Winter Storm Jonas
is officially over, but the record-breaking 29+ inches that it left in its wake made for some exciting drone flights this morning! It’s still a little too early to drive anywhere in Columbia, Maryland, but you can see that there are some roads and parking lots being plowed as the day goes on. As we fly over many of the rooftops, it’s clear how much of the snow has accumulated overnight. In Jessup, Maryland (the next town over), a warehouse actually collapsed under the weight of all of the heavy snow. Luckily, no one was injured. The forecast claims we won’t have any more snow for a while, which is fine by us! Stay tuned for more drone flights and other awesome videos, and be safe out there!
