It was an unseasonably warm day in December and the perfect day for a family portrait in Centennial Park, in Columbia Maryland. Armed with our DJI Ronin M, DJI Phantom 3 drone, and a camera, we eagerly awaited the arrival of Chenslee, Nicole and their daughter Harper. As they climbed up the hill trying to avoid the....surprises...the geese had left us in the field, we fired up the equipment and began to snap some family photos.
Harper, ever curious, was a little distracted by all of the camera equipment but still managed to give us a few smiles and lot of laughs! As the rest of the park teemed with people running around and enjoying the sunshine, Harper and her parents laughed and posed for photos. Chenslee, who has a photography background, was excited to be on the other side of the camera lens for a change!
We always love doing outdoor photo shoots-nature provides so many amazing backdrops. Between the tall grasses, the wooden fence, and the beautiful sunset, we really made use of our outdoor studio. Hopefully these photos will make for some great holiday cards this winter!
